1. Orders & Pricing
All prices listed on Basra.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in the event of pricing errors or inventory unavailability.
2. Payment Terms & Advance Discount
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct manual bank transfers via HBL, Meezan Bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. Customers choosing advance payment receive an instant Rs. 150 OFF discount.
3. Nationwide Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available across all cities in Pakistan. Standard shipping takes 2-4 business days. Standard delivery charge is Rs. 250 unless specified otherwise.
4. Product Warranty Claims
Products labeled with Official Warranty (Ronin, MEMO, Piva, JCell) are covered by a 6-month replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.
