All electronics items ordered from Basra.pk include a 7-day checking warranty from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be in original condition with intact packaging, seals, and box accessories. Return shipping cost is covered by Basra.pk if the defect is confirmed.
3. Instant Bank Refund Process
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 24-48 hours directly to your Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or Bank account.
